Where Is My Order?

To locate your order, please use the tracking information provided to you by email. If you did not receive or lost the tracking # please contact use at orders@allamericangrit.com

What Is Length of Time for Orders to Be Processed?

Please allow for 2-3 business days for items to be processed prior to shipping. Shipping times began once items are processed and picked up by mail carrier. During new product releases and holidays, processing times may be extended. We thank everyone for their patience.

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order After Purchase?

Yes, Sometimes! But you need to act fast as most orders are processed within 24hours, or by 11:59pm day of purchase. If the order has been processed, the order will automatically be sent to our fulfilment department for packing and can no longer be edited or canceled until after customer has received order. Please contact us at customerservice@allamericangrit.com for assistance. 

Can I Return or Exchange A Product?

Yes, you may return/exchange an item that is unused, unworn, in new condition, within 30-days of purchase. If your return is outside the 30-day window, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns/exchanges page for return or exchange requirements. Some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What if a Product is Lost or Stolen During Shipping?

All American Grit Brand, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. The only information we have to go off is the tracking information as well. All of our shipments have track shipping services. While All American Grit will work with our supporters to locate their orders and communicate to the shipping service provider, All American Grit is not responsible for any package(s) while in transit. Buyers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Does All American Grit sell or ship Internationally?

No, All American Grit Does Not Ship or Sell Outside the United States.
