If you are unhappy with your purchase, we got you covered. Simply start a return, by contacting us at Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, shipping label, and instructions on how to return your order. Please fill out the return authorization form and send it back with the items you are returning. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms For Refund/Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, returns must be sent within 14 days of RA # issued. 

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and/or parts and accessories. 
  • If a product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon return. 
  • For apparel, items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition.
  • Customers may responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be validated and processed, after our facility has received it.
  • Items returned used, damaged, parts missing, or changed will incur up to a 50% fee or not be accepted for refund.
  • Some items on sale, promotional, or no longer in production will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Proof of Purchase

For products returned without proof of purchase, we may only be able to provide an exchange for that product or issue an All American Grit credit, using the lowest price offered in the last 365 days plus applicable sales tax.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety considerations some products cannot be returned. Products requiring fuel, all closeouts, items on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us at


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want to exchange for,  is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
